Вот так цветёт дикая китайская слива - Мэйхуа. Мэйхуа - самый главный поэтический символ в Китае. Слива входит и в "4 благородных", и в "три друга зимы". Её цветение приходится на конец зимы-начало весны. В Китае слива мэйхуа была вестником весны, нередко её цветение совпадало с празднованием китайского Нового года — Праздника весны 春节 чунь-цзе, который отмечается в конце января-начале февраля по лунному календарю.

Родиной мэйхуа считается район реки Янцзы, откуда она широко распространилась по всей Восточной Азии, включая Японию, Корею, Тайвань, Вьетнам. Произрастает на каменистых склонах гор на высоте от 300 до 2500 метров над уровнем моря. Мэйхуа зацветает раньше других цветов и выдерживает морозы до -50°. Нежные цветы нередко покрывает снег, создавая удивительный контраст. Цветы сливы отличаются разнообразием: есть белые, розовые, красные.

В эпоху Тан (618-907) в китайской живописи появляется отдельное направление — живопись мэйхуа, которое окончательно оформилось в эпоху Сун (960-1279). 

This is how the wild Chinese plum, Meihua, blooms. Meihua is the most important poetic symbol in China. Plum is included in both the "4 noble ones" and the "three friends of winter". Its flowering occurs at the end of winter-the beginning of spring. In China, the Meihua plum was the herald of spring, often its flowering coincided with the celebration of the Chinese New Year — the Spring Festival 春节 Chun-tse, which is celebrated in late January-early February according to the lunar calendar.

The birthplace of Meihua is considered to be the Yangtze River region, from where it has spread widely throughout East Asia, including Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and Vietnam. It grows on rocky mountain slopes at an altitude of 300 to 2500 meters above sea level. Meihua blooms earlier than other flowers and withstands frosts up to -50 °. Delicate flowers are often covered with snow, creating an amazing contrast. Plum flowers are diverse: there are white, pink, red.

In the Tang era (618-907), a separate direction appeared in Chinese painting — Meihua painting, which finally took shape in the Song era (960-1279).

¿Realidad o Ficción?: Wu-Tang Es Para La TV

Desde siempre Wu-Tang Clan dio la impresión de estar envuelto en el misterio y las leyendas. Su música, un cruce de hip hop, soul y kung-fu, vino a reescribir la industria musical por completo. Escucharlos era como viajar a otro mundo de una estética sucia y rimas dementes.

Imaginaba a RZA, GZA, Ol' Dirty Bastard y los demás miembros como monjes guerreros que habían emergido de los bloques profundos de Nueva York para crear algo nuevo, rompedor, y único.

Hoy en día, podemos darnos una idea más clara sobre el Wu-Tang Clan a través de los tantos documentales, libros, y entrevistas que hay, pero a veinticinco años de la salida del «36 Chambers» todavía hay algo especial en ellos.

El año pasado me vi dos proyectos que intentaron capturar y recrear la esencia y magia del clan: Wu-Tang: An American Saga, una serie televisiva de tres temporadas producida por RZA y Alex Tse para Hulu. Y Of Mics and Men, una docuserie de cuatro capítulos dirigida por Sacha Jenkins (Burn Motherfucker, Burn, 2017) para Showtime. Ambos cuentan la historia de sus orígenes, pero desde distintas perspectivas.

La versión más educolorada es la de Wu-Tang: An American Saga. Si bien retuerce la verdad en el nombre del entretenimiento, termina aniquilando todo aquello que inspiró al grupo como la filosofía de las artes marciales o las supremas matemáticas para dejarlas como referencias para los más fans. La trama es inconsistente, no es inteligente o crítica, y sus personajes son caricaturas apenas conocidas. Es divertida, en cambio, cuando la música es el enfoque, pero de brillante o novedosa nada. Seguramente para algunos les resultará entretenida, y a otros se les pasarán muchos detalles.

Hay un episodio donde unos chicos están siendo groseros con una anciana a la que agreden rompiéndole su ventana, la policía viene, se hace la bronca y matan a uno de ellos, pero Wu-Tang: An American Saga los pinta como víctimas de las circunstancias. En otro, la tragedia de uno de los amigos más cercanos del Wu pierde seriedad por un montaje videoclipero, y así más ejemplos en los que no vale la pena detenerse.

En contraste, Of Mics and Men es una adaptación más limpia y supuestamente cruda del grupo. Acá se presentan como padres de familia que valoran sus amistades ante todo, casi ni se habla sobre las adicciones o la muerte de su miembro más polémico, Old Dirty Bastard. Sin embargo, la parte romántica de su historia no les quita mérito; eran idealistas yendo contra la corriente. El documental cuenta y captura mejor la desconfianza, la inestabilidad y la redención como equipo o individuos a través de entrevistas con RZA, GZA, Method Man, Inspecta Deck, Ghostface Killah, Masta Killa, Cappadona, entre otros invitados como ex-managers, dueños de sellos, compañeros de banda, amigos, celebridades, directores, y familiares. Sin muchas pretensiones, Of Mics and Men es un esfuerzo más sincero, objetivo, y menos teatral.

Jenkins opta por una edición menos estilizada, en cambio usa metraje y material fotográfico inédito, dejando a cada miembro hablar sobre sus experiencias y heridas más dolorosas. Honra la cronología y el misticismo del clan. El problema es que por momentos pierde el hilo de la conversación yendo y viniendo entre el pasado y el presente. La estructura del documental parece humo de cigarro que se disipa, pero luego toma forma.

Hace tiempo que Wu-Tang Clan dejó ser un enigma para volverse una estampa que se pega en donde sea. No siempre les ha salido bien, ahí tienen la patraña que fue «Once upon a Time in Shaolin», pero Wu-Tang: An American Saga es de lo menos dañino que hayan hecho. A su modo se encarga de homenajear su legado con una historia de origen tipo los Avengers del rap la cual es mejor sujetar con pinzas. Aunque si estás buscando una experiencia más humana y mucho más realista, Of Mics and Men es la opción. Como sea, ambas versiones son testimonio de qué tan poderosa es la música.

Book swap! Continues on from The Silver Eyes. I actually preferred this one to TSE, despite giving it a lower rating, it has a much more interesting plot and scarier moments but the actual writing is all over the place. The plot actually made sense up until the last couple chapters of the book, where it is all revealed that Afton is still alive and is controlling the Twisted Ones from some underground pizzeria that is connected to Charlie's childhood home? I didn't really get the whole thing with the twisted animatronics killing random people while looking for Charlie, and it was confusing to me that they were like "oh the animatronics are killing women that look like Charlie!! But also they're killing men too so it's all just a big coincidence and not really a thing!"

The actual designs/descriptions of the Twisted Ones are really cool and so much scarier than the animatronics in the first book. The twisted wolf is my favourite for sure. I love that they have a split face (like the Funtimes in the games) and are MASSIVE!! The whole split face thing is part of why the descriptions are scarier in this book, they can essentially unhinge their jaws (and torso) like snakes so they can "eat" people. They're made to swallow people whole, carry them about and then kill them by chewing them up with spring locks.

Overall, better than the first book but the writing isn't solid in my opinion. Had to ask my boyfriend to explain the ending to me like I'm 5.

The towering presence of the dictator is possible only if the people are designated, and docilely accept, the role of minions. The dictator thereof becomes their imagined saviour. Putting the people down so one may appear unusually large is as old as history. 

We cannot be civilized if we harm, murder, and are led by vanity. Every dictator is an individual. According to his beliefs, only his individuality matters. Hence, his antagonism to liberalism. 

Oxford Dictionary defines Liberalism as follow :

Nectar Trust Al Kuwari Family, Is The Primary Sponsor Of Al Qaeda 2023.

The Al-Kuwari family's Nectar Trust has been identified as the primary sponsor of Al-Qaeda. Qatar Charity, with longstanding connections to Al-Qaeda, was designated a 'Tier III (TSE) terrorist support organization' by the U.S. Interagency Intelligence Committee on Terrorism in 2008. Yousef Ahmed Al-Kuwari, the beneficiary of Qatar Charity, is linked to the organization's funding, primarily sourced through the Qatari government.

There is credible information suggesting Qatar Charity's involvement in funding terrorism through high-ranking Qatari citizens and using the QNB banking network controlled by Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari, who instigates financing for supporters of Al-Qaeda. Qatar Charity collaborates with banks like Masraf Al Rayan QSPC and Qatar Islamic Bank, but the majority of financial flows go through QNB.

Notably, Qatar Charity established a connection with the United Kingdom through its subsidiary, Qatar Charity UK, in 2012. After high-profile attacks in the UK in 2017, including the Manchester Arena bombing, Qatar Charity UK changed its name to Nectar Trust, possibly to evade suspicion from international banks. Despite the change, Nectar Trust, led by Yousef Ahmed Al-Kuwari, continues commercial activities and engages in transgressions abroad, benefiting from certain protections against lawsuits due to its association with foreign governments accused of financing terrorist groups.

Qatar and state-sponsored terrorism, under the leadership of Al-Kuwari 2023

The Nectar Trust, led by Yousef Ahmed Al-Kuwari, is implicated in allegations of sponsoring terrorist organizations, particularly Al-Qaeda. Qatar Charity, closely associated with Al-Qaeda, was designated as a 'Tier III (TSE) terrorist support organization' by the U.S. Interagency Intelligence Committee on Terrorism and the National Counterterrorism Center in March 2008. There are claims of Qatar Charity being involved in funding terrorism through high-ranking Qatari individuals and using the QNB banking network, controlled by Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari, to accumulate and transfer funds. Nectar Trust continues engaging in commercial activities and reportedly commits transgressions in foreign territories, benefiting from certain advantages and protection that hinder legal actions against foreign governments accused of financing terrorist groups.
